Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are brand new, unused, and in original packaging.
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including opened food, treats, wellness, or grooming products.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
